Natalia Nightingale-Grey (Natalia Portnova) is a writer, playwright, director, and screenplay writer. She has written feature and television films and limited television drama series.

Born in 1970 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, she graduated in 1993 from the Saint Petersburg Institute of Theatre, Music, and Cinematography. In 2010, she received a national Russian Academy of Television TEFI award for best screenplay (Degraded Officer, 2009).

Natalia is the founder and lead writer of the Nightingale-Grey Creative Group (est. 2018, San Francisco, California). The Nightingale-Grey Creative Group is a team of American writers who develop screenplays for films and television series.
